NEON SIGN QUESTIONS

Are the neon signs safe and certified?
‍Safety is our top priority. All of our LED neon signs operate on low-voltage power (12–24V DC) and are built to comply with CE and RoHS international safety standards. Each item is professionally tested and tagged in Australia to meet local electrical safety requirements before every hire.

‍What colour are the colours of our neon signs?
‍All of our neon signs are warm white.

‍Can the neon signs be customised?
‍Yes — we offer custom neon signs made to order with your choice of wording, font, and size.
Custom pieces generally take up to three weeks for production and delivery. Please note that custom signs are available at an additional cost and are yours to keep after the event.

‍Do I need power for the neon signs?
‍Yes you will require access to power.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

Do you have insurance?
‍We have comprehensive $20 million Public Liability Insurance and can provide a Certificate of Currency upon request.

‍What are your hire periods?
‍Each hire includes up to 24 hours of use, allowing you to enjoy our pieces for the full duration of your event. Need more time? We offer flexible hire extensions at the standard daily rate.

‍When will you deliver my order?
‍Our standard hire period is 24 hours (7am–7am). Delivery and collection times can be adjusted to suit venue access or scheduling needs, but the hire duration remains fixed. For private or outdoor events, La Vinci will coordinate times based on accessibility and safety.

‍What is our cancellation policy?
‍We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation terms below:

‍Deposits are non-refundable.
‍If the full payment has been made and your booking is cancelled 45 days or more before your event, the remaining balance will be refunded, less the deposit.
If cancellation occurs between 30 and 44 days before your event, 50% of the total hire amount will be refunded.
If cancellation occurs within 30 days of your event date, no refund will be issued.

‍How are payments made?
‍Once your booking form is submitted, we’ll send an invoice to your email within two hours. You may choose to pay in full or make a 50% deposit to secure your booking. Our BSB and account number will be included in the invoice.The remaining balance is due two days prior to your event.If you’d prefer, you’re welcome to contact us directly on +61 411 483 407 to request your invoice or discuss payment options.

‍Can any items be used outside? What if it rains?
‍All of our items are designed for indoor use only and are not waterproof or wind-resistant. Outdoor setups may only be approved on the day of the event, depending on weather conditions and at the discretion of our team.

‍Can I pick up the items myself instead of having them delivered?
‍Not at this stage. To ensure the quality and safety of our pieces, all hire items are delivered, set up, and packed down exclusively by our team. This full service is included in your booking price at no additional cost for deliveries within 30 km of Brisbane CBD. Please see read below pricing for deliveries beyond 30 km.

‍We provide luxury hire items for all types of celebrations — including weddings, engagements, birthdays, corporate events, graduations, school formals, product launches, marketing activations, fundraisers, and private functions.

We proudly deliver across Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, and the Gold Coast.
We service within a 30 km of Brisbane CBD. Beyond 30 km, just add $3 per extra kilometre — simple, upfront pricing with no hidden fees.
