CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation terms below:

‍1. Deposits are non-refundable.

2. If the full payment has been made and your booking is cancelled 45 days or more before your event, the remaining balance will be refunded, less the deposit.

3. If cancellation occurs between 30 and 44 days before your event, 50% of the total hire amount will be refunded, less the deposit.

4. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of your event date, no refund will be issued.
