Our cancellation policy is included with all quotes and hire agreements.

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• For cancellations 45 days or more before the event, 50% of any full booking payment will be refunded.

• Separately charged delivery fees may be refunded if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the event.

• No refund applies to hire or services cancelled within 45 days of the event.
