How do I make a booking?
The quickest and easiest way to book is by completing our online booking form.
Once your form is submitted, our team will check availability for your requested date. If the item is available, you’ll receive an invoice via email within two hours. You can then choose to either pay in full or make a 50% deposit to secure your booking.
Our BSB and account details will be included in the invoice, and the remaining balance is due two days prior to your event.

How much is delivery?
Our hire prices include delivery within a 30 km of Brisbane CBD. Beyond 30 km, just add $3 per extra kilometre — simple, upfront pricing with no hidden fees.
Can I pick up?
To keep our products looking new we do not offer a pick up service.
What time will you deliver and collect?
Our standard hire period is 24 hours (7am–7am). Delivery and collection times can be adjusted to suit venue access or scheduling needs, but the hire duration remains fixed. For private or outdoor events, La Vinci will coordinate times based on accessibility and safety.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we hold $20,000,000 public liability insurance on all our products. This means we can hire at all locations/venues.
When do we have to pay?
A 50% deposit is required to allocate and secure your booking. The remaining balance is due two days prior to your event. If full payment is not received by the day we are expected to go out and deliver, then we will not be able to deliver the products.
