Competition Period Entries open during the 2026 Ekka and close at 11:59 pm (AEST) on Sunday, 16 August 2026.
Winner Announcement The winner will be drawn at random on Friday, 21 August 2026. The winner will be contacted via the phone number and email address supplied on the entry form. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, or does not accept the prize, LaVinci reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
Prize The prize includes: 1. 4 hours of Photo Booth hire 2. Professional Photo Booth attendant 3. Unlimited digital images 4. Up to 300 printed photographs 5. Choice of 2×6 photo strips or 4×6 prints 6. One bespoke photo template 7. Delivery, set-up and pack down 8. One Flower Wall or White Curtain Backdrop (winner's choice subject to availability) 9. Two custom-designed event items (printing not included) 10. Bonus extra – one neon sign (winner’s choice subject to availability). Total prize value is $1,500AUD.
Prize Conditions 1. Prize is valid for one event only 2. The event must be held within the Brisbane metropolitan area. Events outside this area may be accepted at LaVinci’s discretion and will incur an additional travel fee. We reserve the right to decline bookings outside our service area. 3. Prize must be booked and redeemed within 18 months of the winner being announced 4. Bookings are subject to availability 5. Additional Photo Booth hire hours may be purchased at LaVinci's standard hire rates 6. Additional hire items and styling services may be added at standard pricing 7. Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash 8. Existing bookings are not eligible to be converted into this prize 9. Flower Wall, backdrop selection and neon sign is subject to availability at the time of booking.
Eligibility 1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. 2. Only one entry per person is permitted. 3. Employees of LaVinci and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
