LaVinci Wedding Expo Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Promoter This competition is conducted by LaVinci.

Competition Period Entries open on Sunday, 20 September 2026 and close at 11:59 pm (AEST) on Monday, 21 September 2026.

Winner Draw One winner will be selected at random on Friday, 25 September 2026 from all eligible entries received during the competition period. The winner will be contacted using the details supplied on the entry form. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, or does not accept the prize, LaVinci reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

Prize The winner will receive one LaVinci backdrop setup including one flower wall (your choice of Blush Pink, Crimson Red, or Ivory White), one neon sign, a 3m x 3m red carpet, and delivery, setup and pack down within the Brisbane metropolitan area. Flower wall and neon sign selection is subject to availability for the winner’s event date. Total Prize Value is $550.

Prize Conditions The prize is valid for one event only. The event must be held within the Brisbane metropolitan area. Events outside this area may be accepted at LaVinci’s discretion and may incur an additional travel fee. The prize must be booked and redeemed within 12 months of the winner being announced. All bookings and hire items are subject to availability. Additional hire items and services may be added at LaVinci’s standard rates. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Existing bookings cannot be converted to or credited against this prize. Standard LaVinci hire terms and conditions apply to the booking.

Eligibility Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Only one entry per person is permitted. Employees of LaVinci and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Privacy Personal information supplied when entering will be used to administer the competition and contact the winner. If you separately choose to subscribe to the LaVinci mailing list, we may send you event inspiration, special offers and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time. Your personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where reasonably necessary to administer the competition or where required by law.

General LaVinci reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond our reasonable control make this necessary. By entering the competition, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
