Are your flower walls made from real flowers?
No. Our flower walls are handcrafted using premium-quality artificial flowers, carefully selected to look realistic in person and photograph beautifully. They remain fresh and flawless throughout your event, regardless of the season.
Can the flower wall be installed outdoors?
Our flower walls are designed primarily for indoor use. Outdoor installation may be possible where suitable weather conditions and adequate overhead cover are available. For safety reasons, LaVinci reserves the right to decline or discontinue outdoor installation if conditions are unsuitable.
Can I choose where the flower wall is installed?
Absolutely. We'll work with you and your venue to determine the best location, ensuring your flower wall creates maximum visual impact while remaining safe and secure.
Can the flower wall be moved after installation?
No. Once installed, the flower wall must not be moved or repositioned by clients, guests or venue staff. If adjustments are required, our team will be happy to assist.
Can I hire more than one flower wall?
Yes. Multiple flower walls can be hired for larger events or to create feature areas throughout your venue. Subject to availability, we can also install several backdrops at the one event.
Can I pair a flower wall with a neon sign?
Absolutely. Our neon signs are designed to complement our flower walls perfectly, creating a striking backdrop for ceremonies, receptions, parties and photo opportunities. Package pricing is available when hired together.
How much space is needed for a flower wall?
Our standard flower walls measure 240cm high × 240cm wide. We recommend allowing at least 3m × 3m of clear floor space to provide room for installation and for guests to comfortably take photos.
Are the flower walls free-standing?
Yes. All of our flower walls are installed on secure, free-standing frames that are professionally assembled by the LaVinci team.
Are your flower walls suitable for corporate events?
Yes. Our flower walls are popular for corporate events, media walls, brand activations, gala dinners, award nights, product launches and exhibitions. They create a premium backdrop for photography and branding.
Can I customise the flower wall?
We can often customise your setup by adding one of our neon signs, balloons, signage or other styling elements. If you have something specific in mind, let us know and we'll be happy to discuss the options.
I can't see the flower wall colour I'm looking for. Can you source one?
Yes. If you're looking for a specific flower wall colour or style, let us know what you have in mind. We'll do our best to source a suitable option and provide a tailored quote.
As custom sourcing takes time, please allow a minimum of four weeks before your event. While we'll always try to accommodate shorter timeframes where possible, availability cannot be guaranteed.
Can I book a last-minute flower wall for my event?
If your event is tomorrow or you need same-day event hire in Brisbane, give us a call or text on 0403 992 620. We’ll let you know what’s available and do our best to accommodate your needs. While we can’t guarantee last-minute bookings, we’ll work hard to make your event beautiful.
